Worker assistance system ensures traceability

More and more producers are focussing on transparency and continuous process data acquisition for traceability. The SETAGO® worker assistance system not only guides you through the work process, but also records and stores the required process data. You can track which steps were carried out by which employees and which components or batches were used at any time. The barcode scanner is used to read in the data and the worker guidance system ensures that nothing is forgotten or skipped.

External devices are integrated directly into the work process via an interface. For example, torque values from screwdrivers are controlled and logged directly in the software.

Continuous documentation and real-time monitoring ensure that every production step is transparent and traceable and that all legal and internal company requirements are reliably fulfilled. From now on, ensuring traceability is no longer a time-consuming process.
