Pick by Access

The SETAGO® systems automatically advance the correct article for the intended work step and visually indicate the location with the light sensor. This prevents picking errors. All levels can be rotated independently of each other so that the fastest "route" is selected.

Pick by Light

Each slice contains a light sensor. The sensor technology guides the automated worker guidance. When the correct number of items is picked, the work step is automatically confirmed and the next one initiated.

Pick by Weight

Weighing units are also integrated into the levels. These detect the removal of articles in real time and automatically record the current stock. This ensures optimum supply security.

Storage Tower - C-parts management

C-Parts Management with SETAGO® Storage Tower

The SETAGO® Storage Tower consists of four to six levels. The number of panels can be varied according to your requirements in order to offer the highest possible flexibility. The system is placed on a stable base unit with eight adjustable feet and can be aligned in balance. This allows many individual items to be placed in a limited footprint. A weighing unit is installed on each level, which weighs the box on it in real time and determines the item stock. Each of the boxes on the level can be approached individually. This means that a total inventory of the Storage Tower can be recorded within two minutes and made available for reordering processes. In this way, internal logistics processes can be supported. In addition, each item can be searched for via the app and then presented at the Storage Tower by means of LEDs. A simple and fast item search is possible. Long search times are eliminated.

C-Parts Management with
SETAGO® Assembly Station

The SETAGO® levels can also be integrated into the assembly table via a coupler. Up to three levels are useful here from an ergonomic point of view. Due to the integrated coupler, the system takes over the material supply directly at the workstation. Via the software, the articles are embedded in step-by-step instructions and thus the appropriate article is presented by the assembly station for each work step. The removal of the article can also be detected with piece accuracy via the integrated weighing unit. Gripping errors are minimized.
