Expand the SETAGO® Pick by Light worker guidance system with external devices and components that boost productivity, increase process reliability and simplify the workflow! All devices can be seamlessly connected to the software and actively integrated into the work process. Of course, we also develop customised solutions for your individual requirements if additional devices need to be integrated. Whether screwdrivers, sensors or robotics, we will find a solution for you.

Scanner

Easy scanning

Honeywell scanners are high-quality 2D imagers that offer reliable scanning performance. They enable direct scanning of all common barcodes and QR codes, with SETAGO® immediately capturing the number in the system. The scanner charging stations are connected via USB and the scanner can be removed wirelessly from the station for use.

Thanks to the simple installation, the scanner is immediately ready for use and makes entering article numbers much easier. If you have installed numerous work instructions, the scanner can be used to conveniently scan the correct work step, whereby SETAGO® automatically starts the programme. Select your assembly programme and record all relevant data in record time! (Reference to serial number tracking)

The optimum support

For efficient, error-free and reliable assembly, we recommend the use of advanced screwdriving systems. The electric screwdrivers in the DOGA series from MABAG AG are ideal for precisely tightening screws to the correct torque. As soon as the screwdriver has tightened the screw to the correct torque, SETAGO® registers this and automatically switches to the next work step.

The torque can be adjusted independently. If the screwdriver is integrated via an external control unit, exact torques can be assigned to the various screws. The SETAGO® assistance system then selects the predefined torque for each screwdriving process. These screwdriving systems provide valuable support for assembly workers and ensure high process reliability and consistently high quality.
